    Description

    You probably know lavender for its pretty purple colour and distinctive fragrance, but do you know all its benefits? Lavender is widely used in pharmacopeia, both internally and externally. Internally, lavender can be used as an herbal tea for its soothing and calming properties. Consumed in the evening, this tea helps you fall asleep and get a good night's rest. It also helps digestion, particularly in cases of indigestion. Externally, a decoction of lavender can easily be used to moisturise and soothe sensitive skin. You can also use these small grains directly in your DIY projects, for example, in scrubs, to decorate soaps, or in bath balls, to which they will add their relaxing qualities and sweet fragrance. The botanical minute Lavender is widespread in Provence and the Mediterranean, where it is the symbol of the region. It is appreciated for its scent and colour. It's a small shrub measuring between 20 and 70cm in height and grows in the hills of the Mediterranean basin. Its violet flowers bloom from July to August.
