How to use them Take 2 capsules a day for 1 month, preferably in the morning, before meals, with a large glass of water. These food supplements constitute a 30-day course of treatment. For their pre-tanning action, we recommend starting the cure a while before exposure to the sun, for optimum results. WAAAAW! capsules are compatible with other food supplements. As a general rule, it is not advisable to take several food supplements simultaneously without the advice of a health professional. As a course or on a daily basis? WAAAAW! capsules can be taken daily or as a one-month course of treatment before exposure to the sun.

Who are they for? WAAAAW! capsules are suitable for all skin types. They are also ideal for athletes. There are no contraindications for pregnant or nursing women. Please note that beta-carotene is not recommended for smokers. In cases of phenylketonuria and hemochromatosis, do not consume these dietary supplements without the advice of your doctor. Possible side effects: Spirulina is a detoxifying algae thanks to its high chlorophyll content. As a result, it will purge your body, bringing heavy metals, viscosities, and 'waste' to the surface for elimination. At the start of a course of treatment, spirulina may cause digestive problems, headaches, skin rashes, irritation, and slight muscle pain. It takes time for the digestive system to get used to this new food and for the detox effect to wear off, especially if you're taking spirulina for the first time. In the event of side effects in the first few days, we recommend stopping spirulina for 3/4 days and then starting again.
