This Ayurvedic powder, obtained from the dried and crushed leaves of Sidr also called "jujube", is rich in saponin and can thus replace shampoo.
It will cleanse your hair without attacking it and make it softer. Ideal for sensitive scalps it will fight against dandruff and soothe itching. For the skin, Sidr powder is also beneficial for soothing and calming problem skin.
Sidr powder is recommended for use as the first shampoo after henna or coloring since it naturally contains potassium which helps to fix the color. The hair is washed without losing the color.
The botanical minute
The jujube tree is a species of tropical fruit tree. It can reach 15 meters high. This species is native to the Indo-Malaysian region of Southeast Asia. It then spread widely in tropical areas until it became invasive, particularly in Fiji and Australia. This fast growing tree is now considered a weed for the environment.

Keep away from humidity, at room temperature in its closed packaging.
It is advisable to avoid using metal containers and utensils (different from stainless steel). In case of contact with the eyes, rinse them for a few minutes. It is advisable to carry out a test in the bend of the elbow or in a small area 24 hours before the application to limit all reactions. Do not leave it within the reach of children.

Softening hair mask : Mix Sidr powder with hot water. For more hydration, you can add yogurt or honey to the preparation.
Be careful not to leave it on for too long, the Sidr powder can darken your hair color a little if applied for a long time or when used too regularly.
