The hair of our little curly heads needs care and, above all, gentle products adapted to their sensitive skin. Make your own children's protective shampoo to keep bad companions like lice at bay!

Step-by-Step

  1. Melt the neem oil in a bain-marie.

  2. Remove from the heat and stir in the mild shampoo base.

  3. Gradually add the lavandin super essential oil.

  4. Mix for a few minutes, then transfer your recipe to a clean container.

  5. Your shampoo is ready.

How to use this product

Apply a small amount of shampoo to wet hair. Work into a lather, leave on for a few minutes, then rinse with clear water.

Focus on the ingredients

The gentle shampoo base is sulphate-free and enriched with aloe vera, to gently cleanse and detangle the hair.

Neem (or Margoussier) oil is used in the Ayurvedic tradition to purify skin with imperfections and ward off insects and parasites.

Organic lavandin super essential oil is a powerful ally against head lice.

Precautions & Warnings

Use essential oils with care. Keep out of reach and sight of children. Do not use undiluted. Do not use on children, pregnant or nursing women, or people sensitive to essential oils. Consult a health care practitioner if you are taking medication or for any other use. Test in the crook of the elbow 48 hours before use. Some essential oils are photosensitising: Avoid going out in the sun after applying a product containing these essential oils.
