Extracted from natural underground deposits, Epsom Salt improves and relieves symptoms of nail fungus, sprains, bruises, and muscle pain. It stimulates circulation, reduces inflammation, and helps the body flush out toxins.

Epsom salt is a mineral based on magnesium and sulphate. These two components are immediately absorbed by the skin when mixed with water. That's why we often recommend adding Epsom salts to your bath. The body emerges energised, revitalised, and even exfoliated. This salt will also act on the muscles to relax them and evacuate toxins from the body.

Today, we suggest using Epsom salts in the bath, as a body scrub.

Before starting your DIY recipes, it is important to download the recommended Hygiene Rules.

Step-by-Step

  1. The coconut oil should not be melted for this DIY. If it is (with the current heat, it's quite possible), leave your coconut oil in a cool place for ten minutes before starting.

  2. Place the coconut oil in your bowl.

  3. Add your Epsom salt and mix until you obtain a homogeneous scrub.

  4. Add your lavender essential oil and you're done. How simple is that?

How to use this product

With this scrub you'll benefit from the boosting effects of Epsom salt, the moisturising and nourishing effect of coconut oil and the soothing, calming effect of lavender.

You can use it in two ways:

- While you're taking your bath, take the opportunity to scrub your body from head to toe. Your bath will be all the more purifying and softening.

- After your shower, scrub your body with the mixture and rinse your skin with water hot enough to enjoy all the benefits of your preparation.
