How to use onion oil?

1- Stimulate hair growth

Rich in vitamins (A and C), minerals (potassium, calcium, magnesium) and sulfur, onions have numerous benefits for hair. Thanks to the sulfur it contains, it stimulates hair growth.
In fact, this ingredient is already naturally present in the composition of the keratin that makes up our hair, skin and nails.

It helps strengthen them and promote hair growth. But that's not all: it also nourishes and softens hair. It can be used in an oil bath, on its own or in a hair mask recipe to fortify hair growth!

2- Cleanse the scalp

A healthy, clean scalp is also synonymous with hair growth. When its pores are clogged with sebum, dust or hair product residues, this can hinder hair growth. So it's important to look after your scalp to keep it clean. For this, shampoo is useful...and so is onion oil!

What's onion oil? Purifying and purifying, onion oil will help you fight dandruff. You can mix it into your shampoo base or incorporate it into an exfoliating scalp care recipe. It can also be rubbed into the skin of the scalp in circular massages.

Stimulating, it promotes good blood circulation in the scalp. For irritated or painful scalps, this oil also has soothing properties.

But that's not all!

3- Purifying blemished skin

If your skin is oily or acne-prone, you may have blemishes. To reduce them, onion oil can help. In fact, thanks to its antibacterial and purifying properties, it acts on the skin to calm inflammation and purify it.
This oil is also indicated for promoting healing of the skin and preventing the marks and spots that pimples can leave. The sulfur it contains helps fight imperfections. Onion oil is therefore recommended for those prone to acne or skin problems. It also helps nourish and regenerate the skin.
Onion oil can be used in a DIY anti-blemish cleansing gel, or you can add a few drops to your night cream.

4- Strengthens dry, brittle hair

Onion oil also fights hair breakage and loss. It makes hair shinier. Some even use it in cases of alopecia to limit hair loss and promote stronger, longer hair. It protects hair from external aggressions (heat, rain, wind...), which also curbs hair breakage. Strengthened, nourished and softer, your hair will be less brittle and detangle more easily with the help of this multi-use oil.

What's more, onion oil is suitable for all hair types.
To reap its benefits, incorporate it into a hair-growth serum, a hair mask or our nourishing hair care base!
