Description

Who said vinegar was only for cooking? Not us! A good old ancestral recipe makes cider vinegar a star in hair care. So imagine it, combined with the benefits of lemon. Lemon vinegar has many properties for both skin and hair. Purifying, lemon vinegar is ideal for oily skin with excess sebum and dilated pores. It also evens skin tone and adds radiance. For the well-being of your hair, lemon vinegar's purifying action will act on oily or sensitive scalps. This property also makes it an excellent lice preventative. For long hair, it protects against external aggressions and adds shine. Lemon vinegar is particularly recommended for protecting colour-treated hair and preventing the yellowing of blond hair. It can be used in DIY hair sprays or as a rinse vinegar to tighten hair scales after shampooing. All its properties come from the fact that vinegar is highly acidic (low pH), so it cancels out the damaging effects of hard water. The result is softer, more supple hair. The botanical minute Lemon is a citrus fruit, the fruit of the lemon tree, whose juice has a pH of 2.5. The lemon tree is an evergreen shrub 5 to 10 metres high, in the Rutaceae family. This ripe fruit has a rind that turns from soft green to bright yellow when exposed to cold. The flesh is juicy, acidic, and rich in vitamin C. Essential oil is extracted from the rind, containing limonene and citral among other substances.
