Description

SHEA BUTTER WITH YUZU Nourishes, protects and regenerates When generous Malian Shea nut meets soothing Japanese Yuzu, this fusion of opposites creates an infallible, bewitching product! This shea butter is made from unrefined raw butter from Mali, with the sweet scent of Yuzu, a deliciously fragrant citrus fruit from East Asia. Extracted pure from the magical nut of the shea tree, this butter, irreplaceable in African traditions, is particularly recommended for moisturising, nourishing, softening, and revitalizing skin and hair. Packed with essential fatty acids and rich in vitamins A, D, E, and F, it lives up to its name of magic balm. The botanical minute Yuzu is a shrub of Asian origin. Slow-growing, it can reach heights of up to 4 metres when fully mature. In March and April, small, starry white flowers grow on its branches. Its green-skinned fruits resemble pomelos.

Yuzu shea butter may sometimes show white asperities resulting from the butter's heating and pouring process. As a result of these temperature changes, shea butter may crystallize, but this in no way alters the butter's properties or quality.

PRECAUTIONS: In case of contact with the eyes, rinse for several minutes, keeping the eyelids open. If swallowed, rinse the mouth.

Particular care is taken to ensure the quality of the ingredients we select. Made from nuts harvested in Mali, our raw shea and yuzu butter is the fruit of the work of a cooperative gathering over a thousand women from 35 villages, who are committed to the survival of their ancestral trade. Certified fair trade by the Fairtrade Labeling Organization (FLO), the cooperative's primary mission is to improve the living conditions of its members through the harmonious exploitation of natural resources, chiefly shea butter. Our pure shea butter comes from Burkina-Faso. Our butter is packaged in France. Their packaging is designed to limit the impact on the environment. For this reason, we have chosen not to use over-packaging or any superfluous packaging accessories.
