Take care of your nails for a perfect manicure and long, strong nails. Make this balm recipe with castor oil, avocado oil, lemon essential oil, and candelilla wax.

1 teaspoon of candelilla wax (3.5g / 7%)
2 tablespoons of castor oil (30g / 30ml / 60%)
3 teaspoons of oil avocado (15.85g / 15.85ml / 31.7%)
15 drops of lemon essential oil (0.5g / 1%)
2 drops of vitamin E (0.15g / 0.3%)

Material

1 Mini measuring cup
1 Bamboo spoon
1 Mini whisk
1 Empty jar 50ml with plastic lid plastic

Étapes

Weigh and mix in a bowl the candelilla wax, castor oil and avocado oil.
Place the bowl in a bain-marie over low heat until the mixture is smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in the lemon essential oil and vitamin E.
Whisk your mixture and transfer your balm into a clean container.
Allow your balm to cool before use it.

Comment utiliser la recette

On clean, dry nails, apply a small amount of the balm once a day for one month. Make circular movements on your nails to encourage the penetration of the product.

Focus on the ingredients

Castor oil has restorative and revitalizing properties. Its high concentration of Omega 9 gives it nutritional powers that accelerate the growth of hair, eyelashes and nails.

Avocado oil repairs nails and promotes their growth.

Candelilla wax adds shine by leaving a light protective film on the nails. It provides a creamy balm.

Lemon essential oil strengthens brittle nails and whitens them.

Vitamin E allows the balm to be properly preserved.

Precautions

Essential oils should be used with caution. Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Do not use pure. Do not use on children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and people sensitive to essential oils. Consult a healthcare professional in case of medication or for any other uses. Test in the crease of the elbow 48 hours before application. Some essential oils are photosensitizing: avoid sunbathing after applying a product containing these essential oils.
