How to use them?
Take 2 capsules per day for 1 month, preferably in the morning, before meals, with a large glass of water.

It should be noted that beta-carotene is not recommended for smokers.

Possible side effects:
Spirulina is a detoxifying algae thanks to its high chlorophyll content. As a result, it will cleanse your body and bring heavy metals, viscous matter, and "waste" to the surface for elimination.
At the beginning of the treatment, spirulina may cause digestive problems, headaches, skin rashes, irritations, and mild muscle pain. It takes time for the digestive system to get used to this new food and for the detox effect to wear off, especially if you are consuming spirulina for the first time.
If you experience side effects in the first few days, we recommend stopping spirulina for 3 to 4 days and then starting again. To avoid these side effects and make them pass more quickly, it is also recommended to drink plenty of water to accelerate the elimination of toxins from the body.

Il est préférable de commencer la cure 15 jours avant l’exposition puis tout au long de l’exposition.
Il n'existe aucune contre-indication à les prendre sur le long terme tant que la dose journalière n'est pas dépassée.
Les capsules WAAAAW! peuvent être prises à n'importe quel moment de l'année pour un petit boost d'énergie et apporter bonne mine.
L'apparition des effets dépend de chacun mais devrait apparaitre au bout de quelques jours. Il est également à prendre en compte qu'une prise de compléments alimentaire donne d'autant plus de résultats si elle est accompagnée d'une hygiène de vie saine et équilibrée.
Il est déconseillé de dépasser la dose journalière recommandée.
