PRECAUTIONS:Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse for several minutes while holding the eyelids apart. Do not swallow. If swallowed, rinse mouth.

Himalayan pink salt was reportedly discovered in the Punjab region of Pakistan by Alexander the Great during one of his expeditions. He reportedly noticed that horses seemed to enjoy licking rocks containing this salt. When ingested, Himalayan pink salt stimulates intestinal transit.
