The botanical minute Originally from India, Ashwagandha is still widely cultivated there. This plant needs an arid climate to thrive, hence its presence in certain areas of India but also in the wild in Pakistan and Sri Lanka. The leaves of this plant with small red berries are, in Yemen, nicknamed “healing leaves”.

How to use them? Take 1 to 6 capsules per day, preferably before meals, with a large glass of water. The capsules are fully compatible with other dietary supplements. Très bon produit. Efficace sur moi, bien dosé. Il faut augmenter la dose au fil du temps, car je pense qu'il y a une accoutumance. Mais logique j'en prends depuis plusieurs mois. Actuellement après 6 mois , je suis à 3 gélules. Le maximum est 6 , donc j'ai de la marge. Seul petit bémol, c'est le manque d'une notice claire et de recharge pour ne pas avoir un nouveau pot à chaque commande, qui est tout à fait réutilisable.
