The desert date palm is a plant that grows in semi-arid regions. The tree's fruit contains seeds surrounded by fibers. These seeds are cold-pressed to obtain the precious oil. Characterized by its dry, silky feel, desert date oil is prized for nourishing skin and hair without leaving a greasy residue. Its concentration of active ingredients, such as omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids, as well as vitamins E and A, makes it an excellent oil for nourishing, regenerating, and protecting the skin.

The botanical minute

As its name suggests, the desert date palm can grow in arid environments. Its fruit resembles small dates and is edible. Widespread in the Sahel, it has long been used for both food and medicinal purposes.

The RPET (recycled PET) bottle is slightly gray compared to standard PET. This slightly reduces its transparency. Therefore, the color of our oils visible through the packaging will be slightly different, but it is indeed the same product.

CONSERVATION :In a cool, dry and ventilated place, away from any heat source and protected from light.
PRECAUTIONS:Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse them for several minutes while holding eyelids open. Do not swallow. If swallowed, rinse mouth.

Desert date palms are currently being planted by 11 African countries to form the "Great Green Wall." This green belt aims to combat drought and generate economic income for local populations. The project seeks to slow down, or even halt, desertification in the Sahel and Sahara regions of sub-Saharan Africa.
