COSGARD
Antibacterial preservative
Cosgard is a liquid preservative that blends seamlessly into your skincare products to prevent the growth of bacteria, yeast, or mold, and preserve the aqueous base (creams, milks, gels, lotions, etc.) of your natural cosmetic preparations. In other words, it extends the shelf life of all your DIY recipes.
So, what's better than a DIY that lasts a long time?
Cosgard is of synthetic origin but is recognized and accepted by the specifications of organic cosmetics and Ecocert because there are very few natural preservatives as effective.

Soluble in water and insoluble in oil
Best efficiency pH between 5 and 7
Add to cold cosmetic preparations at the end of preparation.
Do not use neat.
Maximum dosage:0.2 to 1%.

CONSERVATION :
Store away from heat sources and direct sunlight in its closed packaging. Best before date: refer to the date on the bottle label.
PRECAUTIONS:
Do not swallow. Do not apply undiluted to the skin.
Caution: Harmful if swallowed or inhaled. Causes serious eye irritation. Wash hands thoroughly after handling. Wear protective gloves and eye and face protection. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Allergies: Benzyl alcohol is potentially allergenic. Perform a patch test on the inside of your arm before use. Keep out of reach of children.
