Rich in minerals such as magnesium, it relaxes muscles and frees the body of toxins. Its soft, pleasant texture deeply cleanses pores and soothes pimples and acne. Relaxing and detoxifying bath:Pour 1 to 2 cups of Epsom salt into a warm bath (between 35°C and 42°C). Relax for at least 20 minutes in this bath. Then, rinse your body thoroughly with clean water. Finish by nourishing your body with a vegetable oil or butter. This bath will promote relaxation by helping to soothe your muscles. It will have a detoxifying effect on the body.

Foot bath:Dilute a little Epsom salt in a basin of hot water and then soak your feet in it for about ten minutes.

CONSERVATION :Store at room temperature in its original sealed packaging, away from heat and humidity. Reseal the jar after each use.

PRECAUTIONS:Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse for several minutes while holding the eyelids apart. Do not swallow. If swallowed, rinse mouth.
