Used in massage, it can be used to firm, shape, and tone the bust. It can be used alone or incorporated into a beauty treatment recipe.
The botanical minute
Fenugreek is a herbaceous plant primarily used as a condiment. This plant does not exceed 50 cm in height and produces small yellow flowers; the fenugreek seeds used to make the oil are found in pods that can be up to 20 cm long.
