Every day, take 2 capsules of the Clear Skin dietary supplement, one in the morning and one in the evening before meals, with a large glass of water. You will begin to see results after approximately 1 month of taking this supplement.
Also, morning and/or evening, sprinkle a small amount of Anti-Blemish Powder Facial Cleanser into your hand, adding 2 drops of water. Rub to lather, then apply to the entire face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Rinse with clean, cool water.
Take a small amount of Purifying Serum into your hand and apply to clean, dry skin morning and/or evening. Do not use on sensitive, flaky, or weakened skin. Then, apply your usual day/night cream.

J’ai beaucoup apprécié la synergie d’huiles, qui nourrit bien le cuir chevelu sans alourdir les cheveux. En l’utilisant régulièrement en bain d’huile, mes cheveux sont devenus plus souples et plus brillants. Par contre, je n’ai pas du tout aimé l’embout du flacon, qui n’est pas très adapté pour l’application, un embout comme celui du serum anti chute serait TOP !
