Clary sage is native to Western Asia, but is found in several Mediterranean countries such as Morocco, France, and Greece. It belongs to the Lamiaceae family, which includes lavender, for example. This plant is very fragrant, but also very imposing. In some regions, clary sage can reach a height of 1.70 m!
Unlike common sage essential oil, clary sage essential oil is more readily available and non-toxic. This plant is traditionally known for everything related to feminine comfort, such as period pain, menopause, hot flashes, and even childbirth.

Commandée spécialement avec le lait hydratant pour réduire mes douleurs menstruelles and so far so good. J'ai préparer mon corps 1 semaine avant le jour J et jai continué quelques jours après. J'attends mon 2ème mois pour retester son efficacité.
