Rhodiola is an adaptogenic herb just like ashwagandha. It is recommended during periods of overwork since it is recognized as having benefits on emotional balance and on temporary fatigue (mental or physical). Its adaptogenic power can increase resistance to stress and fight anxiety and depression.
