Conventional tarragon essential oil has a calming effect and promotes general well-being. Its action on fatigue (nervous and physical) as well as concentration make it a popular oil for diffusion. It will thus have a soothing effect on people who are stressed or overworked.

The botanical minute

Tarragon is a perennial herb that grows as bushes about 80 centimeters tall. Its narrow leaves, which disappear completely during the winter, have the distinctive characteristic of having an aniseed scent. For this reason, they are widely used in cooking.
