Take care of your nails for a perfect manicure and long, strong nails. Make this balm with castor oil, avocado oil, lemon essential oil and Candelilla wax.

Repair balm for damaged nails

Step-by-Step

Weigh and mix candelilla wax, castor oil and avocado oil in a bowl.
Place the bowl in a bain-marie over low heat until the mixture is smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in lemon essential oil and vitamin E.
Whisk your preparation and transfer your balm into a clean container.
Allow the balm to cool before use.

How to use this product

Apply a dab of balm to clean, dry nails once a day for one month. Use circular movements to help the product penetrate the nails.

Focus on the ingredients

Castor oil has repairing and revitalising properties. Its high concentration of Omega-9 gives it nutritive powers to accelerate hair, eyelash and nail growth.

Avocado oil repairs the nails and promotes growth.

Candelilla wax adds shine, leaving a light protective film on nails. The result is a creamy balm.

Lemon essential oil strengthens brittle nails and whitens them.

Vitamin E preserves the balm.

Precautions & Warnings

Use essential oils with care. Keep out of reach and sight of children. Do not use undiluted. Do not use on children, pregnant or nursing women, or people sensitive to essential oils. Consult a health care practitioner if you are taking medication or for any other use. Test in the crook of the elbow 48 hours before use. Some essential oils are photosensitising: Avoid going out in the sun after applying a product containing these essential oils.
