These 3 oils will help you to combat hair loss, promote a healthy scalp, recover stronger hair and accelerate hair growth. With these 3 products, you can create a complete, natural routine for yourself, maximising the effects.

For your hair routine, we suggest

- Apply 2-3 drops of onion, castor and/or mustard oil every day with your fingertips, massaging into the scalp for about 5 minutes, with your head upside down to maximise the effects. You can alternate between the 3 oils or make a quick serum by mixing the 3 oils directly in your hands.

- Create oil baths by applying a few drops (be careful not to use too much) to the lengths and ends to strengthen them and prevent breakage by preparing a serum with these 3 oils or alternating the application of the 3 oils. This should be done before each shampoo, if possible, and left on for at least 2 hours.

- You can also add a few drops of oil to your shampoo and/or skincare product to enjoy the benefits at every stage of your routine.
