How can I stimulate hair growth?
We all have different types of hair. Whether long, short, curly, straight, or textured, each hair is unique. Our hair grows at its own pace. This can be influenced by many factors: Climate, hair products, stress, diet..
So, what treatments should you use to effectively stimulate hair growth?
That's the question we're going to answer today.
First of all, it's important to remember that your hair can react differently to different hair care products, their uses and combinations. So you need to pay close attention to see the results. If the hair appreciates the product, the result will be more effective. We recommend that you always choose products according to your hair type (curly, straight, dry, fine, brittle...)
Also, we don't all have the same genetics, and environmental factors influence each of us differently. An oil may work on your sister's hair, but not on yours, even though you have the same hair type. So you need to test to find out what works for you.
How can I protect my hair from breakage?
Hair care is on the outside, but above all, it's on the inside. You already know the drill, but a healthy lifestyle and diet are the basis for good hair growth.
Drink plenty of water and eat everything (starchy foods, vegetables, fruit...) without excess.
You can also opt for a course of Stinging Nettle. Rich in silica, zinc, vitamins and minerals, it strengthens hair and encourages growth.
Whatever your hair type, we recommend regular moisturizing and nourishment. Hair Care is highly effective for all hair types, and can be customized to meet your specific needs. Find out how to customize your hair care base in a dedicated article.
In need of hydration? Our floral waters distilled from aloe vera are perfect. A few sprays of Damask rose floral water in the morning and your hair is moisturized. Plus, your hair will smell of roses.
You can also make a Lalo orHibiscus Infusion to keep your hair beautifully hydrated and shiny.
This will keep your hair soft and supple, and prevent breakage.
If you have very dry hair, turn to Baobab oil. You can use it on its own or add a few drops to your usual hair milk. If you have oily hair, Jojoba oil is for you. Lighter and more penetrating, it doesn't leave a greasy finish and its composition is close to that of your body's natural sebum, making it an undeniable asset for oily hair.
For curly hair, why not turn to Broccoli oil? Anti-frizz, it helps define curls while nourishing.
Don't forget to be gentle with your hair. Don't brush your hair too hard and too often, or you risk breaking it. To avoid this, we recommend warming two drops of the vegetable oil of your choice in the palm of your hands. Then spread the oil over your hair before brushing. This will preserve your hair. If you tie your hair up too tightly on a regular basis, you risk breaking it too.
Avoid using too many products containing silicones. These can end up coating the hair, suffocating it and ultimately breaking it.
Which products to use for hair growth?
Certain hair care products are highly effective in stimulating hair growth. We advise you not to wash your hair too frequently, as this can make it greasy at best, or dry and break at worst.
For a hair mask, you can use the vegetable oils, essential oils, powders or floral waters of your choice. Choose them according to your needs and hair type. Simply mix them together and leave on for a minimum of 20 minutes and a maximum of 1 hour.
For hair growth, the best oils are castor oil, onion oil, fenugreek oil and mustard oil. Massaged into the scalp, they activate blood microcirculation to promote hair growth on all hair types.
Our "Health & Growth" hair treatment is ideal for stimulating hair growth. This complex will be your ally in preserving the beauty, vitality and health of your hair. As for shampoo, just add a few drops of peppermint essential oil to your shampoo base and you're ready to go - blood circulation and hair growth are stimulated! Another alternative to shampoo, Bhringraj powder will wash your hair beautifully. You can also use the shampoo recipe to stimulate hair growth.
Finally, finish your shampoo with a jet of cold water to close the scales and leave your hair shiny.
Which care products should I use every month?
As we explained earlier, certain treatments are more effective when carried out at longer intervals. In this case, quality is preferred to quantity: an infrequent but very intense treatment.
An excellent treatment to be carried out at least once a month is the oil bath.
This involves mixing several vegetable and/or essential oils (the latter are optional). For example, you can use hibiscus oil for softer hair, fenugreek oil for brittle hair or mustard oil to stimulate hair growth. As for essential oils, Cedarwood, Ylang Ylang and Peppermint are indisputable for stimulating blood circulation. They'll encourage hair growth.
If you wish, you can heat the mixture slightly to make it work more quickly and deeply. Apply with fingertips to scalp, massaging in with circular movements.
Leave on for at least 30 minutes. You can shampoo your hair 2 times after your oil bath if you're worried about oiliness.

Why do a "Health & Growth" hair treatment?
Throughout the year, our hair is subjected to aggressions: cold, stress, pollution, shampooing, brushing, etc. And throughout our lives too, pregnancy, breastfeeding, health... all elements that encourage hair loss, and sometimes dullness, brittleness or sensitivity.
Like the rest of our body, it's important to listen to our hair. When it's going through a rough patch, you can give it a little boost with the "Pousse & Santé" hair treatment. This 100% plant-based synergy includes Padina pavonica, horsetail and nettle, naturally rich in silicon, all of which help stimulate growth and strengthen nails and hair. Vitamin B6, zinc and selenium help maintain healthy hair.
Healthy hair starts from the inside out. With this complex, your hair will be thicker and silkier, and your nails stronger!
Finally, we advise you to avoid using heat appliances (straightening irons, hot-air hair dryers and the like) whenever possible.
Bonus tip: be patient and persistent!
On a daily or monthly basis, you can take care of your hair and stimulate its growth. Healthier, nourished hair is often stronger and less likely to break. As a result, your hair will grow longer.
