Native to West Africa, the Sabdariffa hibiscus, also known as "Bissap" or "Gold of Guinea," is a shrub that produces young shoots and leaves that are traditionally consumed in cooking. Its dried and then infused red flowers are used to make sauces and jams, or are drunk as juice or tea.
This powder, 100% natural and produced from flower petals, is rich in mucilages (hydrating and softening sugars) and antioxidants, which gives it its countless properties.

The botanical minute
Bissap is a herbaceous plant of the Malvaceae family that grows in tropical areas. It has simple, whole or lobed leaves. Bissap is probably the only plant whose calyxes, so rich in organic acids, can be compared to a fruit and used for the same purposes. The well-known hibiscus flower is consumed in some regions, particularly as an infusion to make Bissap, a drink believed to have medicinal properties. Hibiscus oil is made from the plant's seeds, which contain a significant amount of vitamin E, phytosterols, and omega-6.

En masque bonne mine : mélanger la poudre d’hibiscus avec de l’argile blanche ou du rhassoul afin de former une pâte avec de l’eau. Appliquer sur le visage, laisser poser quelques minutes puis rincer à l’eau claire.
En masque capillaire fortifiant : Mélanger la poudre d’hibiscus avec de la poudre de guimauve et de l’eau chaude jusqu’à obtenir une pâte homogène. Appliquer sur les longueurs et laisser poser quelques minutes. Il est aussi possible d’utiliser notre Soin Capillaire Nourrissant comme base de masque.

J'ai enlevé une étoile parce que j'aimerais que la poudre soit plus fine. Il reste toujours des grains dans les cheveux et dans la baignoire après le rinçage. Sinon produit top. Rend les cheveux doux et brillants, les fortifie et aide à la pousse.
Très bien pour les cheveux mais laisse trop de résidus
Je l'utilise pour masque du visage et shampooing cheveux avec d'autres poudres de plantes et actifs . J'ADORE
Je ne l'ai pas utiliser suffisamment pour voir des résultats encore frappant. Un peu difficile a rincer la première fois dans les cheveux, sûrement dû à ma première expérience. Hâte de le mélanger a mon henné cuivré pour avoir une couleur plus flamboyante
