Returns and exchanges

WAAM is committed to the quality of its products.

If, despite our best efforts, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange or refund the item(s) without justification on your part.

You have 15 days from receipt of your order to return the product(s) intact and complete in the original packaging.

You can send us an email, a letter or call us on 01 86 24 01 40 to let us know you wish to return or exchange an item. Please specify whether you would like an exchange, refund or credit note to be deducted from a future order.

Shipping and return costs are at your expense, except in the case of an error for which we are responsible. Only the price of the product(s) purchased will be refunded.

If your parcel is damaged, you must refuse it and ask for it to be sent back to us, so that we can reship it. If you notice that a product has been damaged only after your parcel has been accepted, take a photo and send it to contact@waamcosmetics.com, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an exchange.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, complete with a copy of the invoice.

Packages returned without a customer number and/or order number cannot be processed. For reasons of hygiene, items returned opened, incomplete, damaged or soiled will not be accepted.

We will ship the products requested in exchange as soon as we receive your return. In the case of a refund, we will, at your convenience, credit your bank account, your PayPal account or send you a bank cheque addressed to the customer who placed the order and to the billing address.
