Delivery information
What are the delivery terms for my order ?
The WAAM team does everything in its power to ensure the best possible delivery. Once payment has been received, your parcel will be dispatched for delivery as soon as possible. As soon as possible, we'll send you an e-mail with a link to track your package online. You can also track the progress of your parcel from the "My order history and details in your personal space.
- Our usual lead times may be affected during promotional periods.
What are the delivery methods ?
Controls We advise you to combine your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders, and you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them.
Shipping and delivery Packages are dispatched the same day for orders placed before 10:30 a.m. or within 24 hours. The standard shipment method is Colissimo, delivered without signature. Other delivery options are available: delivery against signature, delivery to a delivery point, express home delivery and delivery to a delivery point.
Shipping costs Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage.
How do you deliver to mainland France ?
Once the order has been validated, the preparation time is 24h* (48h to 72h during strong promotional periods). Orders placed before 10:30 a.m. are shipped the same day*
