Steps in the body scrub routine:
Step 1: Preparing the skin
1. Take a hot shower for 5-10 minutes to open pores and soften skin, making exfoliation easier.
2. Use a mild soap or shower gel to cleanse your skin and remove any surface dirt or oil. Rinse thoroughly.
Step 2: Skin exfoliation
1. Mix a small amount of apricot kernel powder with a little coconut oil to form a paste. If you find your preparation too aggressive for your skin, feel free to add a little coconut oil.
2. Apply the mixture to your loofah glove and start exfoliating your body in gentle circular movements. Concentrate on rough areas such as elbows, knees and heels. Avoid applying too much pressure to avoid irritating the skin.
3. Rinse your skin with lukewarm water to remove any exfoliating residue.

Apply your usual body moisturizer or coconut oil to nourish and soothe your freshly exfoliated skin.
Perform this routine 1-2 times a week to avoid excessive irritation and allow the skin to regenerate. Your skin will feel so soft!
