In this routine of 3 natural products, you'll find grape seed oil. This is ideal for fine, dry, brittle hair, as it nourishes and repairs it without weighing it down, thanks to its dry feel.

Shikakai powder gently cleanses, strengthens and stimulates hair growth. It also adds shine and helps detangle.

The final product, Moroccan rhassoul, will help to purify and gently cleanse the scalp.

These two powders will help your hair regain volume and thickness.

These 3 natural products won't harm your scalp or your hair, and will help you to keep it clean naturally, nourish it and gradually thicken it so that your hair is stronger and revitalised!

All of these products can also be used on the skin, where they'll work wonders because of their many benefits.

With these 3 products, you can make scalp masks to purify your scalp and thicken your hair month after month.

Mix a little shikakai powder with a little Moroccan rhassoul, then add the grapeseed oil until you obtain a homogeneous paste that's not too liquid. This recipe should be used straight away, as it does not keep well.

Apply to the roots and scalp. Leave on for 30 minutes to 2 hours.

Rinse and shampoo gently to remove any residue and grease from the scalp. Opt for the gentlest, most natural shampoo possible, such as mild shampoo or magic powders. These are formulated to preserve the balance of the scalp and not to attack it. In fact, it's important to use gentle products that contain no harsh ingredients if you want to regain strong, thick hair. A 100% natural routine is preferable to respect the scalp and allow it to breathe.

Another possibility offered by this routine pack: use shikakai and rhassoul powders mixed together (or on their own) with a little water to form a gentle, natural cleansing and purifying mask for the scalp. A quick recipe to use straight away, as it doesn't keep.

Mix just the right amount of water to form a homogeneous paste and apply to the entire scalp and roots. Leave on for 10-15 minutes, then rinse. You can also skip shampooing if there's no residue and your hair texture suits you. These two powders can be used as a natural 'shampoo' to remove grease from the roots. This solution can also help you space out your shampoos if your hair tends to get greasy quickly.

You can use grapeseed oil as an oil bath on the lengths and ends before shampooing, leaving it on for at least 1 hour or even overnight, to intensely nourish your hair. It can also be used on towel-dried or dry hair as a finishing oil to perfect styling, protect hair and add light shine.

This oil can also be used on the face and body for its anti-ageing and regulating benefits. It is an oil with a dry feel.
