It's important to establish a hair routine for strong, beautiful hair. Here's a simple hair routine for all hair types.

To begin this routine, we suggest an oil soak.

Before starting your DIY recipes, it is important to download the recommended Hygiene Rules.

Necessary Materials

Attributes amount per 100g

  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil (35.6g / 35.6ml/ 35.6%)

  • 4 teaspoons grapeseed oil (21.35g / 21.35ml/ 21.35%)

  • 4 teaspoons argan oil (21.35g / 21.35ml/ 21.35%)

  • 4 teaspoons avocado oil (21.35g / 21.35ml/ 21.35%)

  • 4 drops ylang ylang essential oil (0.17g / 0.17%)

  • 4 drops True lavender essential oil (0.17g / 0.17%)


  1. In your bowl, pour all the oils one by one.

  2. Mix them together.

  3. Then add the essential oils. Don't forget to test the essential oils in the crook of your arm to make sure you're not allergic to them.

  4. Mix again.

  5. Transfer to a clean bottle.

  6. Your recipe is ready.

How to use this product

This oil soak is suitable for all hair types. As it is applied before shampooing, no oil will remain on your scalp or length after washing.

To make your oil bath more effective, you can heat it up a little in a bain-marie before applying it to your hair. Don't let the mixture get too hot, or you'll burn yourself.

Start with the scalp. Apply the oil soak, massaging gently clockwise. Apply from length to tip.

Cover your hair with cling film or a plastic haircap and leave on for at least 30 minutes.

You can then proceed with shampooing. We'll give you a shampoo recipe in the next post.

You can make the recipe up to 10 times from the ingredients listed above.

Focus on ingredients

The oils we've chosen will deliver nutrients to the scalp right to the heart of the hair fibre. Some, like avocado oil, will make your hair even more beautiful.

Ylang-Ylang and lavender essential oils will act on the scalp and strengthen your lengths.

Essential oils should be used with caution. Keep out of reach and sight of children. Do not use undiluted. Do not use on children, pregnant or nursing women, or people sensitive to essential oils. Consult a health care practitioner if you are taking medication or for any other use. Test in the crook of the elbow 48 hours before use.
