Glycerin, also known as glycerol, is 100% derived from plants and is a moisturising, humectant, and emollient cosmetic agent. Whether for skin or hair, vegetable glycerin will help you keep them moisturised for longer.
In fact, thanks to its humectant properties, it will attract water and hold it in your hair or skin, protecting it from dehydration. It makes your skincare products softer, less drying, and less irritating for you. It mixes easily with products of liquid or thick consistency, its syrupy texture facilitating its incorporation.
