Magic Powders is a range of waterless powder products. For what ? Because the cosmetics industry is a very large consumer of water, it can constitute 60% to 90% of a conventional cosmetic product. And yet, drinking water is a rare commodity in certain regions of the world. This is why we decided to donate part of the profits from Magic Powders sales to 1001 fountains, an association whose objective is to provide daily access to drinking water to vulnerable populations.

The mission of 1001 fountains
Provide access to drinking water
The objective of 1001 Fontaines is to provide daily access to drinking water to vulnerable populations. In fact, still 1/3 of the world's population does not have access to drinking water.
For 16 years the association has been organizing the creation of “Water Kiosks” (micro businesses producing drinking water, using solar energy) managed by local entrepreneurs, recruited, trained and supported by the association. Water is delivered directly to beneficiaries in remote rural areas of Cambodia, Madagascar and Myanmar and sold at less than two euro cents per liter to ensure the sustainability of this model. And because children are the first affected by water-related diseases, every day, they distribute free water in schools.
By providing lasting access to drinking water, 1001fontaines succeeds in: - improve population health - give children better educational opportunities - emancipate women by freeing them from fetching water -develop the local economy and gradually lift entire villages out of poverty
