THE #WAAMFAMILY PASS SUBSCRIPTION

For €10 / year, the #WAAMfamily Pass subscription entitles you to unlimited free delivery on all your home or relay point orders for 1 year. Delivery is free with no minimum purchase. The #WAAMfamily Pass is valid for delivery in mainland France only (including Corsica).

HOW TO USE THE #WAAMFAMILY PASS

You must log in to your WAAM customer account to subscribe to the #WAAMfamily Pass. The #WAAMfamily Pass is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase or subscription renewal.

The #WAAMfamily Pass can be used for deliveries in mainland France only, and is not valid for deliveries to other countries.

After 1 year, renewal of the #WAAMfamily Pass is not automatic.

To continue enjoying unlimited free delivery, you will need to take out a new 12-month #WAAMfamily Pass subscription.

Subscription to free delivery with the #WAAMfamily Pass is strictly reserved for personal use and may not be used for commercial, resale or wholesale purposes.

CANCELLATION, TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION OF THE #WAAMFAMILY PASS

No refunds will be given in the event of cancellation after purchases have been made with the #WAAMfamily Pass.

We reserve the right to terminate a #WAAMfamily Pass Free Shipping subscription without refund if a user:

- has breached these terms and conditions; and/or

- has been used for commercial, resale or wholesale purposes

- involves fraud or misuse

No suspension for a given period of the #WAAMfamily Pass free delivery subscription is possible.
