    STINGING NETTLE CAPSULES Stinging nettle is a dietary supplement recognized as beneficial for the beauty of nails and hair. Rich in silica, zinc, vitamins, and minerals, it also strengthens nails and promotes growth. This common plant is recommended for the well-being of bones and joints. The botanical minute Stinging nettle is widespread and easily found in gardens, but is rarely used in everyday life.     Ingredients: Stinging nettle (Urtica dioica)*, Vegetable capsule (HPMC) * Produced from organic farming Capsules of vegetable origin in HPMC: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose Capsule: Vegan and vegetable, size 0 (small) i.e. total length 21.7mm and Diametre 7.6mm Dosage in mg: 250mg Origin: France COMPOSITION: For 1 capsule: 250 mg stinging nettle including silicon 2.5 mg For 4 capsules: 1g stinging nettle including silicum 10 mg Vegetable capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose)

    How to use Stinging Nettle capsules?

    How to use them Take 1 to 4 capsules a day for 1 month, preferably in the morning, before meals, with a large glass of water. The capsules are fully compatible with other food supplements.
