Food complexes are mainly made up of ingredients with a nutritional or physiological effect, designed to complement a normal diet. Each complex is made up of a synergy of 100% natural, plant-based active ingredients, each providing its own benefits and virtues to meet the needs of the skin, hair, or inner well-being, depending on the complex chosen.

Are the complexes organic?

The food complexes are not organic-certified, but they are composed of a synergy of natural and plant-based active ingredients.

Are the complexes vegan?

The complexes are vegan: the capsule is plant-based and made from HPMC (plant cellulose), and the blend is made from plant-based powders. They are therefore totally suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Can I use food complexes for more than 1 month?

The complexes are composed of a synergy of 100% natural, plant-based active ingredients, so there are no contraindications to long-term use, as long as the daily dose is not exceeded. However, it is often advisable to take breaks between courses of treatment, so don't hesitate to ask your doctor for advice.

Can I take several food complexes at the same time?

There are no contraindications to taking dietary supplements simultaneously, as long as they do not contain identical ingredients (particularly vitamins and minerals), to avoid any risk of overdosing. As a general rule, it is advisable to seek the advice of a healthcare professional. If you are taking medication, consult your doctor before taking the food complex.

When is the ideal time to take the capsules? Morning before meals?

For each complex, we recommend taking 2 capsules a day, one in the morning and one in the evening before meals, with a large glass of water.

At what age can I start using food complexes?

These products are food complexes intended for people over 15 years of age. However, Stress and Energy Complexes are not suitable for children under 18.

Are food complexes just as effective for men?

They have the same beneficial effects on men and women, so there's no distinction to be made.

Can I take the food complexes if I'm pregnant or nursing?

The Detox, Stress, Energy, and Collagen boost complexes are contraindicated for pregnant and nursing women. The Skin and Hair complexes are authorized for pregnant and breastfeeding women. As a general rule, it is always advisable to seek medical advice before taking any food complexes.

How long does it take to see results?

It's important to bear in mind that everybody reacts differently to food complexes: some will give you results right from the start, while others require a little more patience and time to take effect. It's also worth bearing in mind that taking food supplements is even more effective if accompanied by a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

Can I take more than 2 capsules a day to maximize results/faster?

It's not advisable to exceed the recommended daily dose, so be sure to follow the dosage instructions on the product label. I can't swallow the capsules.

Can I open them?

If you have difficulty swallowing, you can open the capsules. The contents of the capsule can be diluted in a glass of water, yogurt, or fruit juice. The capsule protects the ingredients when swallowed, but does not affect their efficacy.

Are the complexes less effective if mixed with very hot water (tea, infusion, coffee...)?

The efficacy of the product is not affected by the beverage chosen for absorption. However, we recommend taking it in the morning and evening with a large glass of water. We mustn't forget that the secret to beautiful skin is hydration, and there's nothing like starting by drinking a large glass of water as soon as you wake up.

Is it possible to have side effects after taking the food complexes?

Detoxifying algae such as spirulina and Padina pavonica will purge your body, bringing heavy metals, slime, and 'waste' to the surface for elimination. At the start of a course of treatment, they may cause digestive problems, headaches, skin rashes, irritation, and slight muscle pain. It takes time for the digestive system to get used to this new food and for the detox effect to wear off, especially if you're taking spirulina for the first time. In the event of side effects during the first few days, we recommend stopping the complex for 3/4 days and then starting again. To avoid these side effects and make them pass more quickly, we also recommend drinking plenty of water to accelerate the elimination of toxins from the body.

What is the capsule made of?

Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose is made from high-purity pine cellulose. The wood pulp used is high-quality cellulose derived from softwood trees grown and harvested on plantations. These plantations are part of forest management programs that ensure the protection of surrounding waterways, the preservation of natural fauna, and respect for sustainable forestry. It is obtained in compliance with all local standards and requirements.
