POMEGRANATE SEED POWDER

Pomegranate Powder is produced from the seeds of the pomegranate plant. It is an exfoliant suitable for both face and body scrubs. It easily removes dead skin cells, leaving your skin soft and your complexion brighter.

Pomegranate seeds contain an oil rich in antioxidants, as well as punicic and ellagic acids. It is used to protect and moisturise dry, damaged skin and make it more supple.

The botanical minute

The pomegranate is a tart fruit that comes from the pomegranate tree native to Asia. Pomegranates are apple-shaped and, like apples, turn from green to reddish-orange when ripe. Inside, there are many small pink or red seeds covered by a white membrane that cannot be eaten.

Uses

As a face/body scrub: Take a small amount of Pomegranate Powder and apply it to the face and/or body, massage gently into wet skin in circular motions. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water to remove any residue.

As an exfoliating cleanser: In your hand, add a pinch of Pomegranate Powder to the Milky Oil Base. This mixture allows you to gently exfoliate while cleansing your skin. This can be used on the body or face, taking care not to add too much pomegranate powder.
