Arugula is a plant that can be found all year round and is characterized by the shape of its leaves. When crumpled, they give off a slightly pungent scent. Arugula flowers are whitish and have only 4 petals.
Arugula is found mainly in cooking, where the young leaves are enjoyed in salads, while the older leaves are enjoyed in pesto or sauces.
