    Description

    ORGANIC SESAME OIL

    Nourishing, softening, regenerating!

    Sesame is a plant widely cultivated for its seeds, which are then used to produce Sesame Oil. Rich in antioxidants, Sesame Oil regenerates the skin, making it softer and smoother. Its concentration in antioxidants makes it a popular oil for mature skin. It penetrates quickly and helps maintain moisture levels, without leaving a greasy feel. Tight or uncomfortable skin regains its suppleness and elasticity. Its non-greasy feel also makes it an excellent massage oil, traditionally used for joint pain and discomfort.

    The botanical minute

    Sesame was one of the first plants from which oil was extracted. Widely used in cooking oriental dishes, this oil is now recognized for its cosmetic properties, notably its richness in essential fatty acids, antioxidants, vitamin E, and mineral salts.

    Composition: Oleic acid (Omega-9), linoleic acid (Omega-6), stearic acid, palmitic acid

    Solubility: Miscible in oil

    Texture/Scent: Clear, golden-yellow liquid

    PACKAGING:

    100ml bottle in RPET, a 100% recycled and 100% recyclable plastic, with an aluminum twist cap to release the oil gradually.

    The RPET (recycled PET) bottle is slightly grey compared with conventional PET. Transparency is therefore slightly altered. As a result, the colour of our oils as seen through the packaging will be slightly different, but it is still the same product.

    STORAGE: In a cool, dry, well-ventilated place, away from sources of heat and protected from light.

    PRECAUTIONS: Avoid contact with the eyes. In case of contact with the eyes, rinse for several minutes, keeping the eyelids open. Do not swallow. If swallowed, rinse the mouth.

    It is also used to make 'halva': a mixture of crushed sesame seeds, compacted with sugar. In the Middle East, it is used to make a paste called 'tahini', which is eaten with a little olive oil. Sesame is also widely used in Asian cuisine. In India, sesame seeds are considered a symbol of immortality.
