Ashwagandha's benefits for skin, body and hair

What is ashwagandha?

Ashwagandha is a traditional plant in Indian pharmacopoeia (ayurveda). Its name, taken from Sanskrit (an ancient Indian language), literally translates as "horse scent". It contains molecules that give it significant antioxidant power. Derived from the plant's roots, our ashwagandha powder is rich in active ingredients, since this is the part of the plant where the greatest quantities are found.

Ashwagandha is said to regenerate and rejuvenate.

For the skin:
