A short while ago, we gave you a simple recipe for beard oil. And yes, we have to think about our men and their beards too. Today, we'd like to suggest a balm to care for these gentlemen's beards. This recipe is composed of shea butter, ricin, jojoba, and argan oils.

Before starting your DIY recipes, it is important to download the recommended Hygiene Rules.

Attributes amount for 50g

  • 1 tsp Argan oil (4.2g/ 4.2ml/ 8.4%)

  • 1 teaspoon castor oil (4.45g/ 8.9%/ 4.45ml)

  • 2 teaspoons Jojoba oil (8.1ml/ 8.1g/ 16.2%)

  • 1 teaspoon Japanese wax (4g/ 8%)

  • 2 tablespoons shea butter (29.25g/ 58.5%)

Step-by-Step

  1. Start by placing the shea butter in your bowl. Add the vegetable oils and finish with the wax.

  2. Place the bowl in a bain-marie. Stir regularly while the shea butter and wax melt. Once all the ingredients have melted, remove the bowl from the bain-marie.

  3. Whisk until cool. As it cools, the mixture will thicken.

  4. Transfer the balm to a clean jar with a lid for storage. Let the balm set at room temperature or in a cool place to accelerate setting.

  5. Your beard balm is ready

How to use this product

Take a small amount of balm and warm it in your hands. Apply all over your beard. Then shape the beard as you wish.

The benefits of the beard balm
