If it weren't so modest, castor oil would be called the prodigious oil, so many are its virtues and benefits! Inherited from Indian traditions and highly valued in the Caribbean, castor oil has repairing and revitalizing properties. Its high concentration of omega-9gives it nutritive powers that accelerate hair, eyelash, and nail growth. Anti-pollution par excellence, cold-pressed castor oil protects the epidermis and diminishes blemishes. This natural treatment is one of the best ways to prevent skin problems. Castor oil is a beauty ingredient that promotes beautiful nails and hair.

The botical minute

It's got it all! The Castor oil plant is found in India and tropical Africa. This shrub has magnificent palmate leaves and yellow/green and red flowers. Its fruits are green or red. It grows up to 12m tall, at a rate of 1.8m per year.

Product composition

INCI: Ricinus communis seed oil

Origin: Southern India

Part used: Seeds

Production method: Extraction by cold pressing of seeds

Composition: Ricinoleic acid, linoleic acid (omega 6), oleic acid

Solubility: Miscible in oil

Texture/odor: Pale yellow

PACKAGING:

50ml PET plastic bottle with white cap. 100ml bottle in RPET, a 100% recycled and 100% recyclable plastic, with an aluminum twist cap to release the oil gradually.

The RPET (recycled PET) bottle is slightly greyer than conventional PET. Transparency is therefore slightly altered. As a result, the colour of our oils as seen through the packaging will be slightly different, but it is still the same product.

STORAGE:

In a cool, dry, well-ventilated place, away from sources of heat and protected from light, tightly closed in its packaging.

PRECAUTIONS:

Avoid contact with the eyes. In case of contact with the eyes, rinse for several minutes, keeping the eyelids open. Do not swallow. If swallowed, rinse the mouth.
