Helichrysum essential oil: This oil alone is a mini care kit!
If you get a bruise or small bump, apply one or two drops of purehelichrysum essential oil to it. It will help prevent the appearance of the bruise and ease the pain. For a large bump, dilute a littlehelichrysum essential oil in a vegetable oil such asarnica oil and apply. For sprains and strains, apply a littlehelichrysum essential oil and the pain is reduced. It is also useful for skin irritations and inflammations. It aids healing, particularly after sunburn. It is also indicated in cases of tinnitus or to prevent, reduce or calm a fever blister.
Tea tree essential oil: Surely one of the best-known essential oils, this is an all-purpose ingredient. Antiviral, antibacterial, antifungal, antiseptic... it's a must-have for any problem! It can be used diluted on a cotton pad and applied to a wound to disinfect it in the event of a fall or injury.Tea tree essential oil can also be used on boils.
If you're bothered by a cough or itchy nose, don't worry, tea tree can take care of it! It can also be used to combat abscesses, fungal infections, mouth ulcers, gum irritations and cold sores. Finally, tea tree is a well-known local treatment for pimples on the skin. We recommend diluting it in a vegetable oil before applying to the skin.
Lavender aspic essential oil : Another must-have in your first-aid kit,lavender aspic essential oil! It relieves insect bites, nettle stings and jellyfish stings. Lavender relieves skin irritations. It has a calming effect and acts as an analgesic. It's also an excellent natural anti-infective. If you have a sunburn or a slight burn, it will facilitate healing and help relieve pain. It can also be used on scratches and blisters.
Calendula vegetable oil: Calendula soothes itching and sensitive skin. It is particularly effective on irritated scalps.Calendula oil is often used to gently care for babies and young children. Its antioxidant properties regenerate and protect the skin.
Neem vegetable oil: Purifying, anti-fungal and anti-bacterial,neem oil can be very useful for skin infections. It is known to repel insects and parasites on the human body, as well as on plants and animals.
Arnica vegetable oil: Anti-inflammatory and regenerating,arnica oil will be appreciated after a long hike or intense physical effort! Used in massage, it relieves muscle and joint pain.
After a blow,arnica oil will soothe the pain associated with a bruise or bump. Finally, if you're prone to heavy legs, this oil will be your new best friend as it relieves them.
Cucumber floral water: here's a floral water that gently soothes irritation. In addition, you can use it to refresh and soothe after sun exposure. To top it all off, it moisturizes, softens the skin, fades dark circles and restores radiance to the complexion. Practical, isn't it?
Coconut vegetable oil: Of all vegetable oils, coconut oil is a must! It soothes irritated skin, calms mouth ulcers, facilitates healing and can even be used as a mouthwash!
It's known to fight lice, protect skin from cold and dryness, heal breastfeeding cracks, fight fungal infections..
Aloe vera gel : Another product with many and varied uses,aloe gel! It soothes irritated skin and calms the skin after a burn or sunburn. It also cools and protects the skin, making it ideal for use in hot weather or when exposed to the sun.
Green clay: Used as a poultice,green clay helps relieve burns, abrasions and other small wounds. It also soothes joint pain, tendonitis and sprains. Antiseptic, it can be used to clean wounds.
Did you know? You can leave some green clay in a glass and then drink only the water (do not drink the clay deposit at the bottom of the glass). This detoxifies the body and soothes aches and pains.
Shea butter: A true all-purpose balm, it can be used on the face, body and hair. Shea butter is suitable for all skin types, nourishing, protecting, soothing and regenerating. It protects skin and hair from dryness and external aggressions.
