Step 1: Moisturize!

Moisturization is essential to skin preservation, and must come from both inside and out. Especially in summer, when you can quickly become dehydrated.
To avoid this, we recommend drinking at least 1.5L of water a day. If you wish, you can also use a mister or floral waters to cool down and maintain a suitable body temperature (peppermint floral water is very refreshing, for example).

To keep your skin moisturized, you can also use a moisturizing milk after your shower.

Well-moisturized skin is better prepared for a beautiful tan.

Step 1: Moisturize!

Step 2: Prepare your body from the inside out with the right foods

To help your skin protect itself from the sun and UV rays, we also rely on your diet.

Certain foods boost the body's natural defenses and help protect your skin. We eat carrots, sweet potatoes, oranges and clementines, mango, melon, apricots...
In short, all the brightly-colored seasonal vegetables and fruit we find on our plates in summer!

Foods rich in beta-carotenes and nutrients also promote tanning of the skin by stimulating the production of melanin, responsible for activating tanning.

Step 3: Boost your tan with dietary supplements

Step 3: Boost your tan with dietary supplements

The essential WAAAW! capsules are full of good ingredients to give you energy, a healthy glow and a tan that takes hold and lasts! They contain urucum and dunaliella, among others, to help your skin prepare for tanning.

Simply take 2 capsules a day in the morning for a month. The best thing is to take them a few weeks before exposure to the sun.

Step 4: Exfoliation

For your tan to last longer and set better, your skin needs to be thoroughly clean and free of dead cells beforehand.

Even when you're on vacation, it's important to take good care of your skin.

That's why we recommend a weekly scrub to prepare your skin for a golden tan.
